These terms apply when you use devmalabs.com or hire us. Devma Labs is a brand of Devma Agency LLC ("Devma Labs", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our services and your agreement with us

The site describes the n8n workflow automation, AI automation, integration and consulting services we offer. The scope, price, timeline, deliverables and payment terms of any work are set out in a written proposal, statement of work or agreement that both sides accept. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins.

2. Prices and plans

Prices and plan features on the site are starting points and can change. The price you pay is the one in your proposal or agreement. Unless your proposal includes them, prices do not cover the fees of third-party platforms, such as n8n licenses or cloud plans, AI model usage, hosting, or the apps we connect.

3. Estimates and examples

The ROI calculator, example workflows and blog posts on the site are illustrations and estimates, not promises of results. Your results depend on your processes, data, tools and team.

4. Third-party platforms

Our work runs on and connects to platforms we do not control, such as n8n, Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and AI model providers. Their terms, pricing, limits and outages apply, and they may change their products or APIs. We are not responsible for those platforms, but we help you adapt your workflows when they change, as set out in your agreement.

5. Your accounts, access and data

When you give us access to your systems, you confirm that you are allowed to do so and to let us process the data in them. You remain the owner of your accounts and data. Keep your own credentials safe, and tell us right away if you think access has been misused. We handle your data as set out in your agreement and our Privacy Policy.

6. Who owns what

The content of this site, including its text, design, logos and code, belongs to Devma Agency LLC or its licensors. Photos come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, and product names and logos belong to their owners. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit, but you may not copy the site or present it as your own.

Ownership of the workflows, code and documents we create for you is set out in your agreement.

7. The AI chat assistant

The "Ask Devma" chat uses AI to answer questions about our services, and it can make mistakes. Its answers are general information, not a quote, an offer or professional advice, and they do not change these terms or any agreement. Prices and commitments are binding only when they are in a written proposal or agreement. Do not share passwords, API keys, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Each promotion shown on the site has its own conditions, such as dates, eligibility and how to redeem it, which are stated with it. We may end a promotion early unless its conditions say otherwise.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not:

use the site, forms or chat to send spam, malware or unlawful content, or to pretend to be someone else
try to get around our bot checks, rate limits or security, or reach areas that are not meant for you
overload the site or scrape it in a way that harms it
misuse the chat, for example to generate content unrelated to our services

We may block access that breaks these rules.

10. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including Devma Agency, Devma Hosting and the platforms we work with. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their content.

11. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. Any warranties for our services are those in your agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Devma Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or our services. Liability for paid services is as set out in your agreement.
